2010 Sponsorship Benefits and Levels

All sponsors of the Chocolate Lover’s Fantasy will receive the following benefits:

• Sponsor’s logo with a live link to their website will be listed on the Historic Haymarket Website.
• Company name and/or logo listed on event programs.
• Included in the PowerPoint presentation (on the big screen) that is run throughout the event.

“Platinum” Chocolate Lover’s Sponsor - $1,500 Contribution

Platinum Sponsorship will also include:
• 12 complimentary event tickets.
• Platinum sponsor will be provided their own literature table for sponsor to staff and hand out information to guests.
• Banner (provided by Sponsor) to be placed in the Silent Auction Area.
• Sponsor logo will be listed on the event poster.
• Sponsor logo will be listed on the event tickets.

“Gold” Chocolate Lover’s Sponsor - $1,000 Contribution

Gold Sponsorship will also include:
• 8 complimentary event tickets.
• A group Literature table to place informational literature.
• Banner (provided by Sponsor) to be placed in the Silent Auction Area.
• Sponsor logo will be listed on the event poster.

“Silver” Chocolate Lover’s Sponsor - $500 Contribution

Silver Sponsorship will also include:
• 4 complimentary event tickets
• A group Literature table to place informational literature.

“Bronze” Chocolate Lover’s Sponsor - $250 Contribution

Bronze Sponsorship will also include:
• 2 complimentary event tickets
• A group Literature table to place informational literature.

Exposure

• In 2009, over 500 individuals attended the Chocolate Lover’s Fantasy.

• Over $46,000 has been given to CEDARS over the past 7 years of their participation in our event.  Over the past 23 years, the event has also raised money for the Historic Haymarket which goes directly into the community to support numerous events and services provided to Lincoln residents.

• KFOR provides the radio advertising for CLF and gives the event significant coverage.

• Print advertising for this event includes posters distributed throughout Lincoln, bag stuffers in the Haymarket Businesses and restaurants, tickets (entry and raffle) and local newspaper advertising, including the Journal Star, L Magazine, Ground Zero, Neighborhood Extra and The Daily Nebraskan.
